El alcalde de Villanueva del Rosario, José Antonio González, estuvo promocionando en FITUR todas las excelencias turísticas del municipio, en su apuesta por destacar también este sector para dinamizar la economía local y que el número de visitantes vaya en aumento.
En esta 37 edición de la Feria Internacional de Turismo, el regidor resaltó especialmente entre todos los encantos del municipio su paraje natural y el nuevo Espacio José Hernández, donde el turista puede apreciar de primera mano las creaciones de este pintor y artista plástico español que compartió residencia y taller entre Madrid y Villanueva del Rosario. Y la intención el próximo año es dar mayor promoción al Día de la Tagarnina, como Fiesta de Singularidad Turística Provincial, que este año cumple su cuarta edición y que tendrá lugar el 25 de marzo.
